White Spiritual Bath – Baño blanco

Spiritual baths have been used in many cultures to cleanse the soul, clear the mind, and help heal the chakras. Traditionally baths are said to help clear any blockage that can lead to more serious illnesses down the road. The baño blanco can help cleanse the aura, clear your mind and negative situations that have been holding you back.  

Directions:

Ideally, do this at night so that you can allow your body to rest.  Take a shower like you regularly would.  At the conclusion of your shower, you’ll want to pour the baño from the top of your head down to your legs and feet. Allow yourself to airdry to let your body absorb the contents and avoid using a towel.  Wear white or light colors for the night.

Ingredients:

Water, cascarilla, fresh flowers, and fragrance.

 NOTE: Due to the nature of fresh ingredients, this bath is made upon request and only available for pick-up.  This comes in a plastic container and can be used by more than one person.  The bath is freshly made and must be used within a day or otherwise can be refrigerated for up to 5 days. Discard after 5 days.
